2020 GSM served with Caramelized White Chocolate. Olive Oil Cake. Pink Peppercorns. The umami from the caramel and spiciness from the pepper is perfect with the rich, velvety GSM. Come Hither!
2020 Estate Cabernet Franc served with Milk Chocolate, Smoked Caramel. Tart Cherry. Rosemary almonds. Herbs and smoke of the milk chocolate mingle with the dark fruit and earthiness of the Cab Franc resulting in this sumptuous twosome.
