Spring Barrel Tasting
Join us as we revel and relish in barrel tasting with all the mystery about wine making revealed. This is your chance to sample young vintages right out of the barrel in the winery production building with Head Winemaker Julian Shaver as he introduces how wines are crafted using this ancient and exotic technology of using oak casks for aging red wine. So, whether you are an expert or novice, join us as we pop the bungs on the barrels, and dip in the wine thief to withdraw a sample of the wine inside. Your barrel tasting experience is included in your tasting fee, making this an irresistible invitation to join us.
Vineyard Field Day
Join us for an educational vineyard and winery tour where we take you through the process of making wine from ground to glass highlighting our vineyard and winemaking practices following the Salmon-Safe and LIVE sustainable farming practices.

Have you seen the cows grazing in the grass on Hwy 97A near Knapps tunnel in Chelan? These are the Laurel’s Crown Farmstead Cheese Jersey cows.
We’ve got Laurie McNeal, owner and cheesemaker from Laurel’s Crown here providing samples of her delicious, artisan cheeses; crafted from those grass-fed Jersey cows right here in Chelan!
A suggested wine flight will be offered with the cheese tasting.

Fall Barrel Tasting
Unveil the Secrets of Winemaking with Us!
For two Saturdays in November (the 11th and the 18th) we revel and relish in barrel tasting with all the mystery about wine making revealed.
This is your chance to sample young vintages right out of the barrel in the winery production building with Head Winemaker Julian Shaver as he introduces how wines are crafted using this ancient and exotic technology of using oak casks for aging red wine.
So, whether you are an expert or novice, join us as we pop the silicon stoppers on the barrels, dip in the wine thief to withdraw a sample of the wine inside.
Surrounded by the the heady smells, sights and sounds of the winery, its imposing 5-ton wood vessels, the unusual and striking amphoras as well as the huge, polished stainless steel tanks; it is quite a thrill to be here for this as you become a part of the ancient mystery of wine making.
Barrel-tasting is complimentary with your tasting fee.
Grapevine Wreath Making Class
Make a charming and versatile wreath from our grapevines.
Let your creative juices flow at our Grapevine Wreath Making Class. Under the guidance of owner Don Phelps, you'll craft your very own personal grapevine masterpiece. Don will select the canes for the wreaths from our Riesling vines growing right here on our estate vineyard. The longer Riesling canes will allow you to easily entwine them to make a nice-sized wreath.
No prior experience is needed – just your enthusiasm and a desire to create and make something from the vineyard.
This is a fun event, filled with wine, delicious nibbles and lots of laughs while we try to find one-ness with the vines. Limited to 12 people.
